Boxing carries injury risks. Our program policy distinguishes fitness training from supervised sparring.
Young participants focus on non-contact drills, fundamentals, conditioning, coordination, and safe movement.
Sparring requires written parent/guardian consent, coach approval, appropriate readiness and medical/safety screening, qualified supervision, and properly fitted protective gear. Applicable rules and insurer requirements must be met.
Protective equipment does not eliminate concussion risk. Athletes with suspected concussion symptoms must stop participating and follow appropriate medical evaluation and return-to-activity procedures.
All families must complete registration, emergency information, risk acknowledgment, and relevant consent documents before participation.
The program serves youth ages 6–17. Training is tailored to age and readiness.
Membership is $65 per month per participant. Ask us about payment timing, scheduling, and enrollment details.
